Refund Policy for Advanced Electric & Air HVAC Installation Services

Thank you for choosing Advanced Electric & Air for your HVAC installation needs. We are committed to providing you with top-quality service. Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with our services.

  1. Right of Refusal: Clients have a three (3) day period from the date of the contract signing to cancel the agreement without any penalty. During this time, clients can refuse the service and will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Completion of Installation: Once the HVAC installation is completed on the homeowner’s property, the service is considered as fully delivered. Therefore, no refunds will be provided post-installation.
  3. Goods & Services: It is important to note that our HVAC installation services include both tangible goods and skilled labor. Once these goods are installed and services are rendered, they cannot be returned or reversed.
  4. Quality Assurance: If there are any concerns regarding the quality or performance of the installation, please reach out to us immediately. We at Advanced Electric & Air are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will address any service-related issues in accordance with our warranty and service agreements.
  5. Cancellation During Installation: If, for any reason, a client wishes to cancel the service during the installation process, but after the 3-day right of refusal, charges may apply for the work already done and for the materials already procured or used.
